How NDIS ordering works
Getting started takes four steps, and we help you with each one.

Step 1: Quote
If your NDIS plan started before 1 July 2022 and you need a quote, get in touch and we will prepare a personalised quote.

Step 2: Service agreement
Complete and sign your We Love Buds service agreement.

Step 3: Approval
We get approval from the NDIA, or confirm with your plan manager, so you can start ordering.

Step 4: Order
We create your account and send you instructions to place your first order.
Approval through the NDIA can take some time. We're here to help at every step along the way.
Ordering through a homecare provider?
Homecare clients can order the same meals, and some providers have an agreed discount with us. Talk to our team and we'll check what applies to you.
